EVENT MAKEUP T&Cs
Booking and Payments
A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your makeup appointment. Please use your full name as the payment reference and send a screenshot of the transaction to makeupbyenrica@gmail.com.
The balance of $100 must be paid 24 hours prior to the appointment via bank transfer. Alternatively, cash and card payments are accepted on the day of the appointment.

Appointment Preparation
Makeup duration: approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes. Please note that access to the studio involves stairs. For optimal results, exfoliate your skin the night before and cleanse prior to your appointment.
If makeup application is desired on the décolletage, please wear a strapless or thin-strap top for ease of access. Please inform Enrica of any allergies, skin conditions, or sensitivities beforehand. Makeup by Enrica shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages such as reactions from sensitive skin.
Clients are required to be ready at their appointed time slot. Failure to be ready may result in the cancellation of the appointment without refund.
Product Purchases
Lipsticks and touch-up bags are available for purchase. Please order these items prior to your appointment.
Parking and Travel
Clients are responsible for any parking fees incurred during mobile appointments, such as hotel valet or meter parking. Please ensure that parking is available if the location is in a hotel or CBD area.
Photography and Media Use
Makeup by Enrica reserves the right to take photographic or film records of any makeup applications and may use such materials for promotional and/or commercial purposes unless otherwise agreed.
Health and Safety
Makeup services will be refused at full cost to clients who have contagious illnesses or infections. Please disclose any such conditions prior to your appointment.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
Studio appointments must be cancelled at least 72 hours in advance to transfer the deposit to another date. Cancellations within 48 hours of the appointment will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
Changes to bookings, including adding guests, are subject to availability and will be charged at the current rate. No shows will result in a lost deposit and future bookings will not be accepted.
Emergency Clauses
In the event that Enrica cannot fulfil a booking due to an emergency, an effort will be made to find a replacement artist, though this is not guaranteed. A full refund will be provided if no replacement is found.
Late Arrivals
A late fee of $20 applies for arrivals over 10 minutes late. Appointments may be cancelled if you are more than 15 minutes late. Appointment times may be adjusted by Enrica by 10-15 minutes even after confirmation. Any changes will be communicated to ensure smooth scheduling.
Additional Fees
A 10% surcharge applies on public holidays.
Early fees may apply for appointments before 7 AM.
For mobile bookings, travel fees may apply.
Refunds are solely at the discretion of Makeup by Enrica and generally are not provided, except as outlined in the emergency clauses.

Booking and Payment Terms

The remaining balance must be paid in full 7 days prior to the appointment. Alternatively, payments can be made via cash/card on the day of the booking. Bookings are confirmed only after the deposit is received.

Makeup Trials and Applications
Trials are conducted in Newport, our studio which is accessible by stairs. Please allow 1.5 hours for your trial. Allow 1 hour for each member of the bridal party and 1.5 hours for the bride’s makeup application. For group bookings, all clients must be ready at their designated time slots. Failure to be prepared may result in a lost appointment without refund.
For makeup on the décolletage, wear appropriate attire such as a strapless or thin-strap top for ease of access.
Additional Charges
A 10% surcharge applies for bookings on Public Holidays.
Travel beyond 3 hours from Newport may incur an accommodation allowance, which will be quoted separately. Parking, valet, and toll charges incurred during the appointment are to be covered by clients.
Early morning fees prior to 7am apply.
Product Purchases and Touch-Up Services
Mini lip samples are included in your complimentary touch-up kits, alongside other emergency items.
Full-size lipsticks are available for purchase; please order prior to your appointment date.
No lip touch-ups will be provided after the makeup service is completed. It is the responsibility of each individual to maintain their appearance. Enrica offers an optional touch-up service during the event; please enquire about this option if you are interested.
Cancellation and Adjustments
Cancellations of the entire booking made less than 3 months prior to the wedding date require 100% payment to compensate for other potential bookings turned away.
If an individual from a group booking cancels within 3 months of the wedding date, their spot can be filled by another guest. If it cannot be filled, the fee for that spot is non-refundable.
Changes including additional guests are subject to Enrica’s availability and will be charged at the current rate.
Health and Safety
Please advise of any allergies, skin conditions, or sensitivities before your appointment.
Makeup services will not be provided to anyone with contagious conditions; full charges will still apply. Please disclose any illness or infection prior to your appointment.
Enrica reserves the right to refuse service to ensure the health and safety of all clients.

Liability
Makeup by Enrica is not liable for incidental or consequential damages arising from skin reactions or sensitivities.
